				HIV Care and Case Management HIV/AIDS medical case management services are provided to by an RN, the HIV Services Coordinator, and HIV Adherence Counselor. The HIV Services Coordinator provides medical case management. Social service case management - assistance with referral for food, housing, DSHS or other financial assistance programs - is provided by case managers employed by the Lifelong AIDS Alliance but located at the Country Doctor site.
