Ways to Give

There are several ways for individuals to give to CDCHC. Donations may be made by using a credit card, writing a check or naming CDCHC as a beneficiary in a will. Finally, donors can help to expand the growing "Country Doctor Community Health Centers family" by sharing information about the agency with others so they too may help to enrich the lives of those needing quality, affordable health care in our community.
