Physician’s Assistant or ARNP Needed

Country Doctor Community Health Centers is seeking a part-to-full-time physician’s assistant or nurse practitioner committed to the delivery of high quality health care to low income people of varied ethnic and cultural groups to work at its Carolyn Downs Family Medical Center site.  This site (one of two) serves the diverse population of Seattle’s Central Area; 45% of the patients served are African American, another 34% are Hispanic.

This position includes the delivery of out-patient primary care services with a team of providers that includes 4 family physicians and one internal medicine physician.

Applicants should be fully licensed.  Experience with low income and non-English speaking populations are desired. Fluency in Spanish is strongly desired.

Pay is commensurate with years of experience.

 Behavioral Health Specialist

Site: COUNTRY DOCTOR COMMUNITY CLINIC 

  31.5 Hours  

The Behavioral Health Specialist works within a multi-disciplinary team providing comprehensive assessments and interventions to the MSS clients. Duties include assessments, interventions, brief counseling, education, and case management.

Requirements:  Masters Prepared preferred with a minimum requirement for a Registered Counselor in the State of Washington with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Educational Psychology from an accredited school plus two years supervised experience in direct counseling services.

Bilingual English/ Spanish required.
